Your Safety is Our Footprint

Who we are

About us

We are a group of professionals that have developed the electronic footprint Individual Protector Technology (efpIP Technology). This cutting-edge technology digitizes all personal protective equipment by creating an electronic footprint of each PPE. It does so, only after meeting all our standards and regulatory demands. Once the PPE has successfully met all criteria and received an ip addressing, it becomes an IP (Individual Protector). Our goal is to unify IPs worldwide, using a universal name to describe them, no matter where they are manufactured, used or sold. We have created this open and free Portal for manufacturers, final clients and programmers to unify criteria, create trust and provide certainty in the industry of personal protective equipment. Our platform serves as a filter and a multidimensional service for anyone who wishes to use it. Our flagship motto is "Your safety is our footprint", and we invite you to sign-up and contribute to the cause of digitizing your IPs, making them universal, distinct, and in full compliance with the rules and regulations internationally.

What we are

The New Age of Mankind began with the Digital Revolution, characterized by the constant minimizing of electronic circuits and the implementation of computation, not only to the machines on assembly lines but to all the instruments and devices in our daily life.

Of all these breakthroughs, telecommunications stands out thanks to its unprecedented power to transmit information. However, the discovery that is consecrating this new Digital Age alongside the break out of Artificial Intelligence, is the electronic marking of objects.

Digitizing is the process of converting data into a digital language, that is to say, arranging it so that it is easily processed by computers, whose chips are measured in nanometers. At the beginning of this millennium, the silicon chip for the first Intel Xeon designed for servers and workstations measured 26mm x 43mm. Twenty years later, the A14 Bionic chip has a surface of 5 nanometers. Whereas the processing speed in seconds of the first chip was measured in millions of operations, the second is measured in billions.

The efpIP Technology makes use of these digital processes to provide a digitalization standard specifically developed for the so-called Protection Equipment or IP. It intends to provide CERTAINTY to its consumers, distributors and inscribers. This is carried out through open and universal digitalization that is specially oriented to meet the Parameters of Compliance or Required Standards of this equipment; its technical data in general, and its relevant documents and information. This universal digitalization standard efpIP Tech links all this data and documentation to a unique and specific electronic footprint for each IP. This dotted univocal circular map is called Normative Mark or efpM, and it is generated, distributed and constantly updated on this Transparency Portal.

This peculiar graphic representation has been chosen for its reliability, robust scalability, the zero cost involved in printing or stamping, and above all for its simple coding, decoding, transmission and tracking. Any manufacturer or representative can register here their protective equipment free-of-charge, provided that it can be categorized by the Stegensek table. Concerning the inscriber; this register transmits transparency, guarantees good practice and confers confidence to professionals in the world of Occupational Risk Prevention. The inscriber has at his disposal among other things, the IPResume report, which provides advantages and benefits to the specialists who dedicate themselves to the manufacturing, representation, distribution or sale of IPs. The same is true for its legislators and those who are responsible for the reliable observance, regulation and sanction. As an additional service, it also facilitates the inscriber with a uniform listing of the relevant information of each of its IPs following the Porras Code coding standard.

Any equipment considered or declared by its manufacturer or representative as protective equipment, and whose manufacturer wishes to digitize it by using efpIP Technology, must be able to be assigned at least one ip addressing. This can be obtained after registering as an inscriber free-of-charge. After this business identification procedure is carried out, the inscriber must upload all documentation that duly allows the categorizing of each unit of protective equipment according to the Stegensek table. Samples may be included as well.

After signing the relevant authorizations, the inscriber will have access to a web interface through which he can upload and update the technically relevant information and documentation of each IP; always under computerized supervision and completely free-of-charge. Through this web interface, you can find the ALS application that is specifically designed for the proper implementation of the Parameters of Compliance or Recommended Standards of each IP during its introduction or uploading, and its verification and monitoring over time. This monitoring requires continuous online updating, which may include document renewals or adjustments to regulatory changes.

After each of these procedures, each of the inscriber's IPs will be displayed on the St Finder. All properly registered users will have their respective IPResume reports available to them. This document, resulting from the ALS application in terms of the Regulatory or Recommended Compliance Parameters, confers transparency and reliability to those who download it. The IPResume report is a strictly objective opinion of the core information of the protective equipment that is used or intended to be acquired.

Each IP found on St Finder is assigned a Normative Mark or efpM, which uniquely distinguishes it from any other IP. The efpIP Technology, after the debugger phase, provides the implementation process for the reading and scanning of this type of electronic footprint to any software developer technicians. This makes this technology and its developments an open system. You can download all the documentation of the IPs, or have access to the parameterized data that is logged as files and monitored by the ALS application; through the scanned electronic footprints. Scanning electronic footprints easily permits the development of services. It simplifies and standardizes the process, which otherwise would be very complex and difficult to achieve. Adopting efpIP Technology by most organizations makes this type of development simple and coherent. The level of difficulty to carry out the process due to the lack of standardization is extremely high.

For any entity, adopting the universal and open standard of digitalization efpIP Technology not only benefits it regarding its workers, its health and safety department, and its quality and procurement department but also provides accuracy and efficiency to its supply chain, as well as its subcontractors and outsourcing companies. This ensures prestige to the organization, not only because it can distinguish itself from its competitors, but because it demonstrates to society its commitment to continuous improvement in terms of the prevention of accidents, diseases and other harmful incidents that can occur in the workplace. Make no mistake, responsibility when it comes to safety is an obligation for any company.
